The TECB was established on 1993. The TECB has seven departments of Applied Mechanical Engineering, Power Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Building and Construction Engineering , Fuel and Energy Engineering, and Surveying Engineering. There are three levels of study in TECB: Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate in Technical Engineering.
